On paper, many of these neighborhoods offer gates, clubhouses, and resort-style amenities, but the day-to-day experience can be very different. If you want a clear way to compare your options, this guide will help you understand how Stonecreek stacks up against Riverstone, LaMorada, and Delasol, and which lifestyle each community may suit best. Stonecreek is in the Logan Boulevard and Immokalee Road corridor of North Naples. Community information shows a structured homeowners association with gate access tools, payment processing, events, and public documents for declarations, rules, lease applications, and sales applications.

Stonecreek’s governing documents suggest a hands-on HOA process. Owners need ARC approval for many exterior changes, including pools, landscaping, turf, drainage, trees, fences, generators, and some backyard additions like playsets or trampolines.
For some buyers, that level of structure brings consistency and protects the look and feel of the neighborhood. For others, it may feel more restrictive, especially if you plan to personalize the exterior of your home soon after closing.

According to its official site, Riverstone includes 802 homes, 300 acres of preserves, 12 lakes, a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse, six acres of recreational space, and a 24/7 staffed gate.
Its amenity list is extensive, with resort and lap pools, a fitness center, yoga studio, indoor and outdoor basketball and pickleball, tennis, and a full activity calendar. If you want a large-scale community with a broad recreational setup, Riverstone competes closely with Stonecreek.
Stonecreek offers a newer-home feel and a strong amenity package, but Riverstone stands out for scale. With more homes and expansive preserve and lake features, Riverstone may appeal to buyers who want a larger community footprint and a very full calendar of activities.
Riverstone’s 2026 quarterly assessment is listed at $1,515. Its rental rules are also clearly defined: homes may be rented only as entire homes, no more than four times in 12 months, with three rental periods requiring a minimum of 30 days and the fourth at least six months.
If rental flexibility is part of your long-term plan, those details matter. Stonecreek also has formal lease applications, but the research here gives more specific rental limits for Riverstone, so that community may be easier to evaluate if leasing is high on your priority list.
LaMorada offers a different kind of comparison. Instead of competing mainly on size, it stands out for having a smaller overall community and a more mixed range of home types.
The club site describes a 13,700-square-foot lakefront clubhouse serving 343 homes. It includes single-family and attached home options, along with a fitness center, aerobics studio, theater, culinary arts studio, tennis, pickleball, bocce, a resort-style pool and spa, and a poolside bar.
If you want a highly amenitized lifestyle but also want more flexibility in home type, LaMorada deserves a close look. Stonecreek and Riverstone are stronger fits if you are focused on larger single-family home options, while LaMorada may suit buyers who are open to attached living in a gated setting.
LaMorada may also appeal to buyers who want the social side of the clubhouse experience. The theater, culinary arts studio, and poolside bar create a somewhat different rhythm of use than communities that center more heavily on sports courts and larger detached-home collections.
Delasol is the most distinct option in this group. Its official HOA site describes 271 single-family homes on 147 acres, with 17 floor plans, large lots, long driveways, and mature landscaping.
That gives Delasol a lower-density, more established feel compared with Stonecreek. If your ideal setting leans calmer and less concentrated, Delasol may feel different in a good way the moment you drive in.
Delasol’s amenities include a social room, heated pool, spa, fitness center, fenced playground, and tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. The amenity package is solid, but it is not positioned the same way as Stonecreek’s larger resort-style setup.
For many buyers, the real draw is the combination of larger lots, long driveways, and mature landscaping. If you care more about spacing and an established neighborhood character than a high-energy recreation complex, Delasol may be the better fit.
All four communities are in North Naples, but their day-to-day convenience patterns are not identical. Stonecreek is described in current real estate guides as being on the west side of Logan Boulevard north of Immokalee Road, roughly two miles east of I-75.
